Staff Individualised Record (SIR) data collection

LLUK has now taken over the responsibility for data collection (including primary data collection, data cleansing, collation, analysis and reporting) in the FE sector, comprising FE colleges, adult and community learning providers and work based learning providers. This data was previous collected by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) from FE colleges and is known as the Staff Individualised Record (SIR).

SIR 15 (for academic year 2006/07)

For the 2006/07 academic year, FE providers have continued to use LSC's system to return the data. Pilot studies have obtained some workforce data from adult and community learning and work base learning providers. More details in relation to the 2006/07 SIR return are available by clicking the link.

SIR 16 (for academic year 2007/08)

LLUK is working with Texuna Technologies to build a new system of data collection from the FE sector. More details in relation to the 2007/08 SIR return are available by clicking the link.
