Lifelong Learning UK and MLA, the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council have a shared commitment to the development of their workforce.

This commitment has given rise to an ongoing collaboration to increase recruitment in the sector through improvements in apprenticeships, with work experience guidelines and improved careers materials.

The collaboration between LLUK and MLA has produced a number of targeted outputs designed to tackle some of the issues faced by young people and employers today.
