Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) is managed by a UK-level Council, to which the committees listed below report:
- Audit Committee
- Finance and General Purposes Committee
- Nominations Committee
LLUK is also represented on the Standards Verification UK (SVUK) Board and SVUK on the LLUK Council.
In order to adequately represent the views of the lifelong learning workforce, LLUK operates a series of Constituency Panels (one for each of LLUK's areas of work) and Country Committees (Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), all of which report to the LLUK Council.
