Evaluation of the Workforce Strategy and Implementation
In addition to ongoing consultation with the sector, an independent annual evaluation of the Workforce Strategy and Implementation Guide will ensure that the documents remain as relevant and as effective as possible in helping to build capacity and develop the FE workforce of the future.
There are a number of strands to the evaluation, including: a document review; a survey with providers; and interviews with providers and partners.A report will be published to the website each spring. Evaluation findings will inform future development and implementation
