Working with partners

We are delighted to report that LLUK has recently signed Strategic Partnership Agreements with ALP (Association of Learning Providers), HOLEX (National Network of Local Adult Learning providers) and Natspec (Association of National Specialist Colleges) , NBP (The Network for Black Professionals), AoC  (Association of Colleges) and The 157 Group .
 
These agreements set out agendas for collaborative work in 2010-2011 and demonstrate a commitment to working together to add value to the Further Education sector, particularly in the following areas:
-          workforce and skills development
-          workforce data and sector research
-          development of standards

Sue Dutton, Interim Chief Executive states that "these partnerships are critical to the development of our work in England and provide an important platform for dialogue with our employers. We look forward to developing further agreements with partners and stakeholders from across the four nations that we represent."
