Lifelong Learning UK in Northern Ireland has agreed with the Department for Employment and Learning to facilitate the World Skills 2011 strategy. This will involve the six Northern Ireland regional colleges developing specific coaching strategies to prepare talented students for participation in the World Skills 2011 event. Lifelong Learning UK in Northern Ireland has put together a World Skills committee, made up of representatives from the six regional colleges to take the initiative forward.
