National Occupational Standards - revising Community Development NOS

Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) is currently revising the National Occupational Standards for the community development workforce.


This revision will produce the third set of standards and they will be reflective of changes in legislation and working practices within the sector. They will also be designed to support the community development (CD) workforce in a variety of ways, including the underpinning of any subsequent qualification development.


LLUK is working with the Federation of Community Development Learning to deliver these revised NOS.  A series of consultations is currently taking place across the UK, both electronically and through workshops.  Consultation is now open - you can click here to take part.
