Governance and Management of LLUK

LLUK has a Council that meets four times a year. The LLUK Council is responsible for setting the vision, mission and strategic direction of LLUK. As LLUK is a registered charity, its Council members are charity trustees and therefore also exercise the duties of a trustee as set out by the Charity Commission.

LLUK's Council has a number of standing Committees which report directly to it. These are:

Audit Committee
Finance and General Purposes Committee
Nominations Committee
Remuneration Committee
Country Committees for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

LLUK Council is also advised by five Constituency Panels which represent the areas of work within our remit.
