Are you a professional currently working in business or the FE sector and looking for a new challenge and fast-track management career?
Make a Difference is a new programme which is matching talented candidates to management vacancies in the FE sector and supporting their development. Candidates are being recruited to fill a range of management vacancies in training provider organisations, including marketing, HR, business development, IT, employer engagement and curriculum-related roles. If selected, they are then automatically eligible for a 12 month leadership development programme funded and delivered by LLUK.
