Communication strategies
The importance of developing effective speaking and listening skills can sometimes be given less emphasis than other aspects of literacy and language. These are essential skills not only for work, learning and life, but also for maintaining good two-way communication between teacher and learner. Teachers should be aware of a variety of communication strategies.
