Factors affecting learning

In order to plan and teach effectively, practitioners need to be aware of the wide range of factors that impact on learning. The new overarching professional standards and Addressing LLN and ICT needs in education and training identify the personal, social and cultural factors affecting literacy, language, numeracy and ICT learning.
