Priorities for action
In order to achieve the sector's vision for the workforce, four priorities have been identified that comprise the workforce strategy. These priorities have been further split into ten themes that encompass the activities that will contribute to achievement.
The ten themes are specifically linked to priorities one to three. Priority four, relating to equality and diversity, is seen as an overarching priority that is at the heart of the vision and strategy and therefore impacts on all sector workforce activity.
