Stage 4: Assessment of potential collaborative action by employers
Stage 4 focused on market testing and assessing potential collaborative action by employers. Through online and face-to-face consultations, LLUK asked employers and stakeholders if the gap analysis was correct, whether the correct solutions to the problems and opportunities had been identified and whether they were feasible, affordable and likely to deliver the right results.
The purpose of stage 4 was to agree with employers the actions they will take, individually or jointly, to address identified skills gaps and weaknesses, and to move towards 'preferred scenarios', in order to improve competitiveness and productivity across the sector.
There are no reports for stage 4. However the feedback from stage 4 went on to form the final agreement.
