Supporting Learners, Supporting the Diplomas

The Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) and Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) have developed a Training Needs Analysis tool for use by staff in schools, colleges and training providers that will be supporting learners taking the new Diplomas from September 2008. The TNA tool will allow learning support staff in all sectors to identify potential development opportunities in relation to the delivery of the Diplomas and it is envisaged that the tool will support relevant CPD in the School and FE Systems. The Training Needs Analysis tool is available in Web-based interactive format at www.sstna.org
